IMCOM Sustainment Director Mr. Jay Condrey presents a coin to the Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security Ms. Mary Staab on behalf of Mr. Brandy Cohen. Cohen maintains 100% accountability of the DPTMS hand receipt holder for directorate employees in the Garrison HQ and equipment at the Installation Emergency Operations Center and Pershing Conference Room. As one of two employees assigned daily operations in the IEOC, Cohen develops and writes every order and CTO for the garrison. He coordinates directly with the Garrison Directors and action offers to write concise and actionable orders, then follows up daily to ensure completion to meet suspenses. He is the Garrison IEOC communications expert, managing communications systems during training, exercises and real-world events. As the systems administrator, he knows the systems and how to create and manage pages and roles and maintains the Garrison Common Operating Picture, Significant Activities and logs during hazard related events.
On Mar. 10, 2026, IMCOM Sustainment Director Mr. Jay Condrey visited Fort Meade for the first time. During his visit, he recognized select service members and civilians with coins and spoke to Garrison Directors about IMCOM updates. Later, he received a tour to view on-post housing, the new location for a Pre-K Strong Beginnings program and the 911 Dispatch center.
