Researchers with Operational Energy Innovation, out of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, tested their Data Acquisition System using an Event Based Sensor to track drones in low-light and nighttime conditions to enhance counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems capabilities, remaining lethal in the era of rapid growing, technology-driven conflict, during exercise Cold Response 26. A key component of NATO's enhanced vigilance activity Arctic Sentry, exercise Cold Response 26 is a Norwegian-led winter military exercise designed to enhance collective defense capabilities and ensure U.S. readiness to rapidly deploy and seamlessly operate alongside NATO Allies in challenging arctic conditions.
