U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Richard P. Cirpo, deputy commanding general assigned to Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), administer medication to livestock with the assistance of Mr. Daniel Waturo, ward veterinary officer for the Samburu County government during his visit to Justified Accord 2026 Veterinary Civic Action Program (VETCAP) at Archers Post, Kenya March 10, 2026. The VETCAP supported community resilience by providing critical veterinary care, improving livestock health, and fostering collaboration between U.S. forces, Kenya Defence Forces, and local communities.
JA26 increases multinational interoperability in support of humanitarian assistance and crisis response, prepares regional partners for United Nations and African Union missions, and builds readiness for the U.S. joint force.
