Soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 178th Field Artillery Regiment conducted Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) spray certification training at Davison Army Airfield, Fort Belvoir, Feb. 22–27, as the culminating event of the National Guard Reaction Force validation process.
