Three teams of cadets from the 8th Brigade Army ROTC work their way towards the end of the Crucible. The 8th Brigade Army ROTC Ranger Challenge 2026 took place at Fort Hunter- Liggett, California on February 20-21, 2026. 34 teams from Western US states and Guam competed. The top 2 teams, University of Hawaii- Manoa (Black team) and the University of California- Santa Barbara earned the right to represent the Brigade at Sandhurst.
