U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) participate in the division's best squad competition at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, on March 3, 2026. The competition tested Soldiers physical endurance, technical proficiency and teamwork across a variety of tasks including weapons qualification, an obstacle course, air assault load preparation, fast rope operations, a 12-mile ruck march, physical fitness events and a board evaluation.
