The Engineering & Logistics Building at the VA campus in Stockton, CA, recently reached a key milestone as the project team conducted its final “punch list walk,” one of the last steps before substantial completion. Representatives from USACE Sacramento District, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the contractor team inspected the facility to identify any final adjustments and confirm construction meets contract specifications on Feb. 24.
