Soldiers and family members line the streets to support the participants of the 25th Infantry Division E3B testing 12-mile ruck march at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, on March 6, 2026. The ruck march was the final event concluding a month of daily training and testing on a multitude of Soldier skills. The purpose of the Expert Infantryman, Soldier, and Field Medical Badges is to create experts at all levels, across all organizations, increasing the readiness and lethality of teams, squads, and platoons.
