U.S. Army Europe SFC Souvanna Lo with The 173rd Airborne Brigade, and SSG Christopher Rivera with The 55th Bombardment Wing, participate in the 50th annual joint culinary training exercise (JTCE) at MacLaughlin fitness center on Fort Lee, Virginia., March 4, 2026. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Training Directorate, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
