U.S. Air Force Col. David Harris, outgoing commander, relinquishes command of the 449th Air Expeditionary Group (AEG) to U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Craig Franklin, 3rd Air Force commander, during the 449th AEG change of command ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, June 14, 2013. During Harris' command, the 449th AEG earned the Meritorious Unit Service Award for outstanding support to combat operations.
