U.S. Air Force Col. Kelly Passmore accepts command of the 449th Air Expeditionary Group from U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Craig Franklin, 3rd Air Force commander, during the 449th AEG change of command at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, June 14, 2013.
