Quentin Cooper, right, presents a Letter of Commendation to Hull Maintenance Technician 1st Class Sara Rochester, for her selection as SWESC's Fiscal Year 26, Quarter 1 'Sailor of the Quarter' during an All Hands Call, Mar. 4, on board Naval Station Great Lakes.
