The Kuya Center is a non-governmental organization that provides shelter, programs, and resources to street children. Chaplains from the U.S. and Armed Forces of the Philippines passed out gifts and spent time with the Kuya Center’s children and were taking part in the U.S. National Guard's State Partnership Program which links a State's National Guard with foreign partner nations to build long-term, mutually beneficial security relationships.
