Christopher Guadiz, Hawaii National Guard command chaplain during an office visit as part of a Subject Matter Expert Exchange held Feb. 19, 2026, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines. The exchange was part of the U.S. National Guard's State Partnership Program which links a State's National Guard with foreign partner nations to build long-term, mutually beneficial security relationships.
