Maj. Jacob Miskulin of the 83rd Army Reserve Readiness Training Center (USARRTC) under the 100th Training Division, holds a pencil in his mouth during a fundamental of public speaking class on February 26, 2026, during the 80th Training Command Instructor of the Year Competition at Grand Prairie, Texas. Miskulin had students engage in warm up drills using a variety of techniques which earned him the title of Best Instructor in the officer category for the 80th TC. He will compete against other top commissioned officers in the US Army Reserve Command Instructor of the Year competition.
