Sgt. 1st Class Kenneth Nkum of the 3rd Brigade, 94th Training Division, conducts a class on electricity on February 26, 2026, during the 80th Training Command Instructor of the Year Competition at Grand Prairie, Texas. Nkum used circuit boards to provide the students with some hands-on training, and this earned him the title of Best Instructor in the non-commissioned officer category for the 80th TC. He will compete against other top non-commissioned officers in the US Army Reserve Command Instructor of the Year competition.
