Naval Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NROTC) Midshipman 1st Class Danny Hoang selects his first ship at Naval Reactors during the biannual ship selection event coordinated by Navy Personnel Command (PERS-41) Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) Assignments, Feb. 26. Hoang service selected Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer and will qualify aboard his conventional ship prior to attending the nuclear training pipeline.
