The way we brief and track programs is changing--gone are the days of static PowerPoint briefings. Today, Col. Matthew Paul, acting deputy CPE and Human Resources and Force Management (HR-FM) project manager, hosted a program review with the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army Increment II (IPPS-A Inc II) team to tackle just that: a transition to ASA(ALT) Live. Briefing program cost, schedule, performance and risks in a live dynamic platform to enhance transparency and visibility across the CPE and ASA(ALT) community is the new standard.
"IPPS-A is the first of our programs to transition to ASA(ALT) Live; this is our initial solution that we'll continue to improve and ensure data accuracy, applying what we learn to our other programs," said Paul.
