U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, conduct a medical evacuation during a Combat Lifesaver Course at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland, Feb. 20, 2026. The course trained Soldiers to provide emergency medical care in austere environments when medics were not immediately available.
