U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, conduct a medical evacuation during a Combat Lifesaver Course at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland, Feb. 20, 2026. The course trained Soldiers to provide emergency medical care in austere environments when medical personnel are not immediately available.
