Mr. Eric Geressy, senior advisor to the Secretary of War for strategy, coins Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Fanjoy, noncommissioned officer in charge of U.S. Space Command Intelligence Operations Target Development, at USSPACECOM’s headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado, February 18, 2026. Fanjoy spearheaded the development of the USSPACECOM common intelligence picture, creating a cohesive, multi-domain platform that significantly enhanced the speed and quality of the commander’s decision-making. USSPACECOM, working with Allies and Partners, plans, executes, and integrates military spacepower into multi-domain global operations in order to deter aggression, defend national interests, and when necessary, defeat threats.
