Naval Medical Forces Pacific Civilian of the Year Paula Curielabreu, a native of Tacloban, Leyte, Philippines and raised in San Diego, works at her desk at the command's headquarters in San Diego. Driven by a personal mission to serve the same military community as her late brother, Curielabreu has become an indispensable part of the NMFP team.
