General Richard Cody, USA (Ret.), former Vice Chief of Staff of the Army and Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund Trustee, speaks at a groundbreaking ceremony June 13 at Fort Campbell, Ky. for the third in a series of nine National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Satellite Centers designed to diagnose and treat traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress. Cody explained that while the IFHF has helped raise money to build the NICoE and each satellite center, they rely on the support from America to make these centers possible. Cody joined Soldiers who have received TBI treatment, military leaders, including Gen. Robert Cone, the Commanding General for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Brig. Gen. Mark Stammer, the Senior Mission Commander for the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell and Blanchfield Army Hospital Commander Col. Paul R.
