    Gen. Robert Cone, the Commanding General for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command speaks at a groundbreaking ceremony June 13 at Fort Campbell, Ky. for the third in a series of nine National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Satellite Centers designed to diagnose and treat traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress. Cone told the crowd of more than 200 people that this groundbreaking not only helps Soldiers, but also speaks to the dedication of the American people to reaching out to care for our military. Cone joined Soldiers who have received TBI treatment, other military leaders, including Brig. Gen. Mark Stammer, the Senior Mission Commander for the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell and Blanchfield Army Hospital Commander Col. Paul R. Cordts, as well as fellow leaders from the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund at the groundbreaking ceremony.
