.S. Army Western Hemisphere Command challenge coins are presented during U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Stephen Smith, U.S. Army Western Hemisphere Command Deputy Commanding General, visit with senior leaders and service members at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Feb. 12, 2026. During the two-day visit, he met with Charge d’Affaires Colleen A. Hoey, Joint Task Force-Bravo Commander U.S. Army Col. Robert Snyder III, and Army Support Activity Commander U.S. Army Brian Astwood to learn about current operations and garrison activities.
