Stephen Smith, center, U.S. Army Western Hemisphere Command Deputy Commanding General, visits with senior leaders and service members at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Feb. 12, 2026. During the two-day visit, he met with Charge d’Affaires Colleen A. Hoey, Joint Task Force-Bravo Commander U.S. Army Col.
