During his keynote at Technical Exchange Meeting 15 (TEM15), Mr. Jesse D. Tolleson, Jr., Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology [ASA(ALT)], discusses the importance of industry partnerships to deliver best-of-breed capabilities at every layer of the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) stack.
