During his opening keynote address at the Army’s Technical Exchange Meeting 15 (TEM15), the Hon. Michael A. Obadal, 36th Under Secretary of the Army, discusses Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) and lays out best practices for impactful collaboration between the Army and industry, and some of the ways the service is transforming for rapid capability delivery. TEM15 -- conducted at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, on January 30, 2026 -- provided a forum for Army leaders to update industry partners on its transformational NGC2 efforts and potential opportunities.
