Musician 3rd Class Caleb Allen (Bari saxophone), a member of the U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa Band (Topside Brass Band) performs a solo during a performance for students and teachers at Vent d'un Rêve, an after-school community music center in Cite mangalkhan, Vacoas-Phoenix, Mauritius during Cutlass Express 2026 (CE 26).
