U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Francis L. Donovan, the Commanding General of U.S. Southern Command, receives his new rank insignias from U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Daniel Krause during his promotion ceremony in the Pentagon Hall of Heroes, Feb. 5, 2026.
