U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jairo Hernandez, 188th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels laboratory Non-commissioned Officer In Charge, with the 188th Logistics Readiness Squadron, activates the fuel lines at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark. on Feb. 4, 2026. For the first time in nearly a decade, jet fuel will now be able to successfully transfer from on-base petroleum, oils, and lubricants storage tanks directly to aircraft in support of the new Foreign Military Sales mission at Ebbing ANGB.
