A vehicle-recovery team (VRT) of the 228th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade (TTSB), South Carolina Army National Guard, recovers a stranded utility vehicle in the vicinity of exit 10, I-26, during Winter Storm Gianna, Spartanburg, South Carolina, Jan. 31, 2026. The recovery was performed by VRT-7 on a Light Medium Tactical Vehicle (LMTV).
