Leadership from Naval Branch Health Clinic Patuxent River is instilling the importance of medical readiness to a few of its newest members to the command. U.S. Navy Lieutenant. Natalie Grose, Department Head of Medical Home Port, explained the mission and purpose of the "Warrior Wednesday Lunch and Learn" program. This command-wide initiative is designed to provide continuous, hands-on training in critical trauma care and life-saving interventions. By engaging with new screeners early, the command's leadership aims to build a foundational culture of readiness and reinforce the warrior ethos across the entire medical team.
