FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (January 27, 2026) -- Mr. Keizo Kosano and his daughter, Ms. Mitsuyo Fukushima, are joined by Capt. Jonathan Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, and his wife, Paula, in front of the Kosano Dining Room in the Admiral Arleigh A. Burke Officers' Club January 27, 2026. Kosano is the son of Minakichi Kosano, a resident in the City of Yokosuka, who was instrumental building the friendship between the U.S. Navy and the City of Yokosuka.
