Guardsmen across the state of Arkansas are preparing to assist the Arkansas State Police during the coming storm tonight, and for along as they are needed.
On Camp Robinson, Soldiers with the 77th Theater Aviation Brigade check their winter response gear, conduct radio checks, and ready their vehicles in order to protect their fellow Arkansans and any travelers braving the incoming weather.
“I believe we are ready. But, you never know what the weather’s going to bring us. We’re just preparing for as much as we can to keep our Soldiers safe and keep our community safe,” said Staff Sgt. Kyle Walker, unit readiness and supply NCO, headquarters headquarters company, 77th ECAB.
