North Star Terminal and Stevedore Company workers shift containers in preparation for decontamination of the BBC Arizona's deck June 7, 2013, in Valdez, AK. Multiple containers, each holding a plastic bladder filled with transformer oil, began leaking during the ship’s transit to Valdez. Once the containers are shifted, the incident’s Unified Command, along with response partners Emerald Alaska Inc., plan to clean and decontaminate to allow removal of the remaining domestic cargo stored below.
