Ms. Sara Paul, U.S. Army Reserve Command Internal Review Office, poses with Brig. Gen. Brandi B. Peasley, U.S. Army Reserve Command Chief of Staff, holding her Above and Beyond Award. Ms. Paul demonstrated exceptional dedication and initiative in her role as USARC IR Training Coordinator, significantly contributing to the IR mission. She expertly managed the training program for over 55 auditors, ensuring compliance with GAGAS continuing education requirements. Ms. Paul provided staff a variety of both soft and technical skills training, coordinated three high-quality virtual training courses with Graduate School USA, Audit Forward LLC, and the GAO Center for Audit Excellence, and curated seven additional specialized courses to meet the evolving needs of the USARC IR community. Ms. Paul additionally led planning and execution of a multi-day USARC IR training conference, secured the Army Auditor General as keynote speaker, and successfully transitioned the format of the event from in-person to virtual at the last minute due to a hurricane.
