The USARC IR office executed a transformative restructure, strategically expanding IR capabilities and improving risk mitigation across USARC through high-impact audits. The office led or oversaw 34 audits covering a wide variety of topics which resulted in $1.3M in potential monetary benefits and 144 actionable recommendations, directly advancing command priorities. The office has proactively shared audit strategies, success stories, and structural recommendations with peer IR
offices and provided exemplary service in partnering with OASA(FM&C) to plan and host this year’s Army IR symposium.
