Brandon Hester, Force Industrial Hygiene Officer for commander, U.S. Naval Air Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet, participates in a virtual navigation demonstration using Virtual Bridge and Nautical Trainer (VIBRaNT) held in the pilot house of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), Jan. 8, 2026.
