REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala.– Chaplain (Col.) James Hall leads a Spiritual Readiness Wednesday lunch in the Great Hall at U.S. Army Security Assistance Command headquarters. The biweekly gatherings, which began this fall, provide USASAC employees an opportunity for fellowship and friendship in a stress-free environment. The Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program defines spiritual readiness as the development of personal qualities needed to sustain individuals during adversity.
