U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Cord E. Burgan, Instructor Section Advisor at the Staff Noncommisioned Officer Academy, is redesignated and pinned to the rank of first sergeant during a ceremony at the Marine Corps Museum, Quantico, Virginia, Jan. 5, 2026.
