U.S. Marines attend a ceremony for U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Cord E. Burgan, Instructor Section Advisor at the Staff Noncommisioned Officer Academy, as he is redesignated to the rank of first sergeant at the Marine Corps Museum, Quantico, Virginia, Jan. 5, 2026.
