251230-N-FJ200-1049 WASHINGTON (Dec. 30, 2025) While visiting Naval History and Heritage Command and the Navy Department Library Rare Book Room, Reference Section Supervisor Dylan Beazer shows the Honorable Hung Cao, Under Secretary of the Navy, a historic naval message, sent minutes after the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor, reads: “Air Raid on Pearl Harbor.
