The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District Emergency Operations Center (EOC) hosted the District’s Crisis Management Team (CMT) training to refresh the CMT on USACE’s authorities under Public Law (PL) 84-99 Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies (FCCE) in Sacramento, California on Aug. 19, 2025. The EOC included a flood fight tabletop exercise (FFX) to rehearse scenarios and execute various functional areas within the District in order to learn how to respond to flood hazards.
