Water is recirculated from the end of a 1:55-scale comprehensive model of the Garrison Dam spillway being used in the design phase for the Garrison Dam Spillway Modification Project at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi, December 11, 2025. The project is the largest dam safety modification project in the history of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and will improve the safety and structural integrity of the Garrison Dam in North Dakota.
