Rios, a fixed-wing airframes mechanic with Marine Attack Squadron 223 (VMA-223), Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, dismounts an AV-8B Harrier II during a static display swap on Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, Dec. 10, 2025. The former displayed AV-8B Harrier II, in memory of Lt. Col. Christopher “Otis” Raible and Sgt.
