Romeo Aquino, painter Code 730, Crane Maintenance, paints Portal Crane 92. A six-person team of painters from Code 730, Crane Maintenance at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility are repainting Portal Cranes 80 and 92. The paints used are silicone alkyd enamel, adding a higher gloss sheen for ease of cleaning purposes, for better UV deflection which also helps slow the oxidation process down, July 31, Bremerton WA.
