Chaplain Maj. Lane Sandifer observes families arriving for the holiday troop support mission at Fort Bragg, North Carolina on Dec. 19, 2025, where over 1,000 holiday meal baskets and toys were delivered to Paratroopers and their Families by the 82nd Airborne Division Unit Ministry Teams and The 82nd Airborne Division Association. The Holiday Troop Support Project, supported by monetary donations or contributions of goods, provides direct assistance to young Paratroopers and their Families, with surplus donations allocated to year-round initiatives for sustained support.
