U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Stephen R. Miggins, the commanding officer of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 211, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 13, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), delivers remarks during his retirement ceremony on Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, Dec. 12, 2025. Miggins attended the Naval Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering in May 2006, and commissioned, then was designated a Naval Aviator in July 2009.
