Pallets are offloaded from a 40-foot flatbed truck and placed in a holding area at Kelly Field, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Sept. 22, 2025. The pallets were part of a Presidential Drawdown Authority that delivered weapons, ammunition and supplies to support U.S. allies in the Pacific.
